Every record in ERP Pro stands for something physical on the floor — a bin of parts, a rack coming out of a tank, a traveler moving between stations.
What ERP Pro covers
One record follows the job from the customer's RFQ to the paid invoice, so nothing is retyped and every stage links back to the one before it.
Quoting and sales orders
Build quotes from your parts catalog with processes, specifications, charges and standard statements. Win the quote and it becomes a sales order in one click, with a customer-ready PDF at every stage.
Planning and travelers
Release a work order, count the parts in at receiving, and send it to planning — the system creates one traveler per part line, each routed through its own processes and stations.
Shop floor
Operators scan the traveler barcode at their station, work through the operations, record required readings such as oven temperature and rinse time, and complete the station. Time is logged per station automatically.
Quality and certification
Supervisors review finished travelers, see the time spent at each station, and hold, rework or reject anything that isn't right before the order is certified.
Shipping and invoicing
Record shipments with method, tracking and quantity, mark them delivered, then invoice the sales order and track it from draft to submitted to paid.
Inventory and setup
Track chemicals and consumables with usage logs and low-stock thresholds, and configure option sets, charge types, statements, users, permissions and invoicing to match how your shop works.

SOMOS Technology, Inc. is an IT services company based in Santa Clarita, California. We provide managed IT services and technical consulting, and we develop SOMOS ERP Pro for manufacturers who need their shop floor and their paperwork in the same system.
Our work on ERP Pro is hands-on: we test the system end to end, write the documentation from the live screens, and build the training material your team sees on this site.
